Bottled water and pillows are worth having in the vehicle for this one, since a good part of the drive happens while it's still dark outside, and your guide is honest with you about the day ahead from the start.

One of the best-preserved temples in all of Egypt, largely because it sat buried under desert sand for centuries before excavation, which protected it from the weathering that damaged so many other sites.
