Terms & Conditions
Last updated July 9, 2026
These terms cover booking a journey with Egypt Tour Masters, from the deposit that holds your place to what happens if plans change. Read them before you book — and if anything here doesn't match what our team told you directly, ask us before paying a deposit.
Booking and deposits
A booking is confirmed once we receive your $200-per-person deposit and your traveler details. This holds your places on the departure you've chosen; it does not guarantee pricing on add-ons or flights booked separately after confirmation.
The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure, unless you've chosen "pay on arrival," in which case the balance is settled in Cairo by cash or card before your journey begins.
Pricing
Prices are quoted per person in US dollars and include everything listed under "What's included" on the tour page at the time of booking. Prices already confirmed by deposit are not affected by later price changes on the same route.
Cancellations and refunds
- Cancel 45 or more days before departure: full refund, no fees, no questions asked.
- Cancel within 45 days of departure: the deposit is non-refundable; any balance already paid is refunded.
- We'll move your booking to any future date once, at no charge, if you need to change your dates.
- If we cancel a departure — low bookings, safety conditions, force majeure — you choose between a full refund or a rebooking credit with 10% added.
Travel documents and visas
You're responsible for holding a passport valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates and any visa required for your nationality. Our airport team assists with the on-arrival visa process for eligible nationalities, but the underlying eligibility and cost are yours to confirm before booking.
Health, conduct, and group travel
Some itineraries involve walking on uneven ground, heat, and early starts — please tell us about any mobility or health considerations at booking so your guide can plan around them. We ask all travelers to treat guides, crew, and fellow travelers with respect; we reserve the right to remove a traveler from a group departure without refund in cases of serious misconduct that affects the safety or experience of others.
Liability
We select hotels, guides, and transport partners carefully, but we are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, third-party service failures, or government action. Travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical care, and evacuation is required for all bookings.
Intellectual property
Text, photography, and itinerary designs on this site belong to Egypt Tour Masters or its licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute not resolved directly between us will be subject to the courts of Cairo.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services change. The terms in effect at the time you pay your deposit are the ones that apply to your booking.
