If you complete a booking, we also collect passport details, dietary or accessibility notes, and payment information needed to confirm your trip.

We also collect a smaller set of information automatically when you use the site: device type, browser, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from your IP address. This helps us understand which parts of the site are useful and which are confusing.

• To plan, confirm, and support the journey you've booked, including sharing necessary details with hotels, guides, and transport partners.
• To reply to questions sent through the contact form, WhatsApp, or email.
• To send booking confirmations, itinerary updates, and — only if you opt in — occasional newsletters about new journeys.
• To understand how the site is used, so we can fix what's confusing and keep what works.
• To meet legal and financial record-keeping obligations tied to travel bookings.

The site uses a small number of cookies: essential cookies that keep the booking flow and your session working, and analytics cookies that tell us which pages are visited and for how long. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or sell browsing data to third parties.

We share only what's necessary, only with parties involved in delivering your trip or running the business:

• Hotels, guides, drivers, and dahabiya operators on your confirmed itinerary — enough detail for them to host you safely and comfortably.
• Payment processors, to handle deposits and balances securely. We do not store full card numbers ourselves.
• Email and analytics tooling that helps us run the site and reply to you — bound by their own confidentiality obligations to us.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We keep booking records for as long as required by tax and financial regulations in Egypt, and delete or anonymize contact-form and newsletter data within a reasonable period after it's no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below — we aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Our services are intended for adults arranging travel, including travel for children traveling with them. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
